Tima -  Eretz Naftali Series  Varieties: Syrah | Petite Syrah | Cabernet Sauvignon  Alcohol:  14% Wine characteristics:  Bright black color, deep and unique seasoning,  Well perfumed  With a powerful nose, full body and a lasting spicy finish.  Aging: The grapes were harvested separately by hand. The Syrah and Petite Syrah were harvested first, followed by the Cabernet Sauvignon. The Syrah  fermented at low temperatures to preserve the characteristics of the primary fruit, and the Petite Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon at high temperatures to give the wine a fuller body.  The wine is aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels. Aging potential: The wine is ready to drink but will reach its peak approximately 3 years from vintage and will continue to improve approximately 8 to 10 years from vintage under proper storage conditions  Wine and food: The wine will go great with roasted red meat dishes and casseroles, as well as oven-baked lamb dishes.
